Death: Plot it out with me first, I'm not adverse.
Precog: Ask/plot it out with me first.
Telepathy / Reading her mind: If it's something big, please ask me, but little things I don't mind.
Injuries: Anything up to limb loss/eye loss/etc that can't be healed.
Fights: Always, unless your character intends to kill or maim Zee, in which case please ask me. It's probably best to plot things out first since Zatanna is a bit of a godmode character.
